Banana, almond, and oats muffins!
Sadly I didn’t have the ingredients to make the pumpkin spice muffins this weekend, so I opted for these little ones.
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup blended Quaker Oats
- 1 cup Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
- 1/2 cup, packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 1 1/2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup Almond slivers
